1. Why can’t I save my personal information?

2 Why it took me so much time to open the page?
If you're abroad, that might happen, because of the web site regulation of the Chinese government. We're trying to fix it by using another server.
If you're already in China, that might happen, because of the VPN that you use. A lot of friends keep their VPN on while using computer, but that might interfere the function of our site. We strongly suggest that you close your VPN while using our site. We will try to solve this problem in a short time.
3 Why can't I receive my mobile phone verification code?
First of all, please double check the number that you write. Then if you're abroad, that might take a little bit longer. If you still can't receive it, please contact info@6apt.com
4 How can I get my money back after canceling the reservation?
After the leaseholder has paid the deposit, if the leaseholder or landlord has changed their mind, the leaseholder can get his deposit back. First of all, you can click the deposit reimburse button on your Reservation page. Afterwards, you can see the deposit is returned to you China6apt account, on your Wallet page by clicking the view the balance button. If you want to use it to rent another apartment, you can leave it in you China6apt account and use it when you pay the deposit next time. If you want to get the deposit refunded to your bank account, you just need to click the cash out button, then you'll get the deposit back within 5 workdays after China6apt confirm it.
